If you’re having problems with your PC, you can try to refresh, reset or restore it. This in effect is a clean installation of Windows 10 to your Device, Activation must have happened previously before carrying out ‘Reset this PC’ and when you reset it will be Activated again.

Following the procedure detailed in this video, all your personal files will be deleted and your settings will be reset. All applications that you’ve installed will be removed. Only the applications that came with your PC will be reinstalled. When completed you will need to reinstall any applications and also any personal files as the system will be like new.
